Limited Warranty

Doors, windows and hardware come with the warranty the manufacturer provides. Coverage length and terms vary by product and manufacturer. Ask us for the warranty document for your product before or after you order, and we will send it to you.

Email us your order number, photos of the problem and a short description. We work with the manufacturer on your behalf and tell you the outcome.

Damage from improper installation, installation that doesn't follow the manufacturer's instructions or local code, field modifications, unprotected storage on site, lack of finishing or sealing where required, normal wear, abuse, accidents or acts of nature. Labor, installation and removal costs are not covered unless the manufacturer's warranty says otherwise.

To the extent the law allows, Iron Pines, LLC makes no warranties beyond the manufacturer's warranty, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
