Terms of Sale & Use

Most doors and windows are built to your specifications after you order. Unless your configured unit is already in stock, building it can take several weeks. Build and delivery times we give are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not responsible for delays caused by the manufacturer, carriers, weather or other events outside our control.

You are responsible for the sizes, handing, swing, rough openings, finishes and options you select. Please check them with our Fit Assistant or your installer before ordering. We review each order before it goes to the builder and may contact you to confirm details. Once an order is released to the builder, it can't be changed.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping unless stated. Decorative glass pricing can change. Orders with decorative glass go through a price approval step, and we confirm your final price before you pay. If we make a pricing error, we will contact you before charging, and you may cancel.

Approved contractor accounts may receive contractor pricing on doors and windows. Contractor pricing is not available on hardware, and we may change or end it at any time.

Payment is due before an order is released to the builder unless we agree to other terms in writing. Sales tax is based on the delivery state, or Montana for pickup orders. Freight is quoted separately and must be approved by you before shipment. Customer-arranged carrier and pickup terms are described in our Shipping terms.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including installation or labor costs, delays to your project, or lost profits. Products should be installed by a qualified installer following the manufacturer's instructions and local building codes.

Product images, configurator previews and colors are representations; actual finishes and glass can vary. You may not copy our site content for commercial use, misuse the site, or try to access accounts or data that aren't yours.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Sanders County, Montana, unless the law requires otherwise.
